Man paraded naked in Akwa Ibom for stealing cassava tubers

Youths in a remote community in Akwa Ibom state stripped and paraded a man naked for allegedly stealing cassava tubers. As further punishment, he was forced to eat the raw cassava tubers. The village head later directed the youths to release the man. He also warned that he would not tolerate any kind of criminality in the community. Another photo below..
