An exclusive video of police atrocities in southeast Nigeria where members of the Nigerian police task force known as the Special Anti Robbery Squad "SARS" engage in an egregious extra-judicial process of shooting testicles and penises of persons accused on kidnapping in Abia state.
The undated video taken by a member of SARS shows how men arrested for kidnapping are shot in their private parts and chained to police vehicles where they are left to die a slow painful death.
