Real Madrid Beat Malaga To Lift First La Liga Trophy In 5 Years #HalaMadrid




Real Madrid win their 33rd La Liga title after a 2-0 win at Malaga.

Real Madrid beat a stubborn Malaga side 2-0 to win their first La Liga trophy for the first time in 5 years.

Real Madrid were leading their fierce rival, Barcelona with 3 points coming into the final game of the season after winning their outstanding game at Celta Vigo in midweek.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored inside two minutes of play after expertly rounding the Malaga keeper, Carlos Kameni to put Zinadine Zidane's team ahead.

Real Madrid's defense was well marshalled by Raphael Varane and Sergio Ramos as they preserved their 1-0 lead going into the second half.

Karim Benzema scored early in the second half to sealed a La Liga trophy for Real Madrid and their impressive coach, Zinadine Zidane who could still win a second Champions League Trophy against Italian side, Juventus for the second year running.
