Celebrities and others around the world reacted as reports unfolded Monday about a deadly suicide bomber explosion at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England.

Police said at least 19 people were killed and 50 others were injured at Manchester Arena in what is being treated as a "terrorist incident."
