7 feared dead, 4 cars totally burnt in Ghana fire outbreak


Fire Outbreak at Ashiaman claims seven lives.

Seven people are feared dead and four cars totally burnt Sunday afternoon in a fire outbreak that occured at a petrol filling station behind the
Ashiaman Timber Market.

It is unclear what caused the fire outbreak which reportedly started at a filling station operated by some Gao people and spread into a nearby tanker
yard resulting in the fire escalating and causing an
inferno.

A total of 16 Fire Tenders have been marshalled to fight the fire which has proven very difficult to be put under control.
